The basics of photography, shutter speed, f-stops, focal length, haven't changed in 150 years but all the equipment we use to capture images has changed dramatically, many times over.
With the ever-progressing technology of today's digital cameras, it has become nearly impossible to get the necessary parts, calibration equipment and manufacturer support needed for repair of DSLR and Mirrorless cameras. This doesn't mean we are not here to help, and we will continue to provide you with the same level of service that you've come to expect from Arizona's oldest continually operating repair shop. We will discuss your problem, perform necessary tests and recommend a course of action. If we can't fix it, we will help you with the next steps.

Factory service facilitation: If issues are found with your equipment, we can handle the factory service process for you. We will pack and ship equipment, contact you when an estimate is ready and let you know when your repaired equipment has returned. We work directly with many manufacturers and will also inspect equipment when it returns to ensure any issues were resolved. (Shipping fee required at time of drop off)
We SHIP to the following repair facilities: Nikon, Canon, Fujifilm, Sigma, Tamron, Kenko/Tokina, Profoto, Manfrotto/Gitzo.
We are NOT ABLE TO SHIP to the following: Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Pentax, Rokinon, Zeiss.
Film camera repair: We still offer in house repair services for some film cameras. If we cannot provide service for your model, we will provide you a referral for other repair shops that may be able to help. Models we still service in-house: Canon A-1, AE-1, AE-1 Program; Minolta X700, X370, X570, XGM; Nikon FM, FM2; Pentax K1000.
Studio Lighting/Strobe repair: Please contact us to confirm service on model. Due to high probability of damage, we do not accept packs and strobes being shipped in.
Personal Hands-On Attention to your Repair
When you have a problem with your photographic gear, you don't want to put it in a box and ship it across the country for service. So we do everything we can to get you taken care of here. We will discuss your problem, perform necessary tests and recommend a course of action. Few major manufacturers are supporting independent repairs of their products; we'll help you decide what to do, and if a repair by the manufacturer is needed, we'll handle all the details for you, including quality control when the equipment comes back.
